Can you send us an invoice?
Yes. If you need an invoice instead of using PayPal or a credit card online please contact us.
Do I need a PayPal account to sign-up?
No. You can pay with a credit card. When you click the Subscribe button there will be an option to pay with a credit card instead of PayPal.
I just signed-up. Now what?
You will receive an email with your username and randomized password within 24 hours. When you log in the first time you will be asked to change your password.
Do I need to pay per learner in my organization?
No. You can distribute your interactions to as many people as you’d like. You pay per designer or author (users that will use the tool to create interactions).
How do I calculate the number of designers I have?
Just answer the question, “How many designers will log-in and create content?”. If there are 3 designers on your eLearning team that will be logging-in then you should purchase a license for 3 designers.
What if I have more than 10 designers?
Just contact us for pricing.
Is there a free trial?
Click the “Try it for Free” button to the right. You can build any interaction for free. You can also download it and insert it into a course. The trial accounts will not have a “My Save Files” area and interactions will have a watermark. (Sorry we can’t give away everything.)

Can I cancel my subscription?
At the end of your subscription period you may cancel at anytime. (For more details visit the bottom of the FAQ page.) If you used PayPal to subscribe then you can use the Unsubscribe button. If you just used a credit card then contact us to cancel.
